HI i was wondering if you could help. Is there any libido enhancer pills for women out that are safe? I have been looking around online and see some but was wondering what is the best out. If you could let me know and help. Thank you.

No such thing at this point. There are testosterone patches, and you would have to talk with your doctor about that. Meddling with hormone levels, especially around menopause, can be dicy. Most women find that the best libido enhancer is increased intimacy. A weekend away at a country retreat with your partner, no kids, and no other distractions can do wonders.Randy
