I'm not sure whether you need more sex or more punctuation. Your note begs the obvious question - why are you putting up with this? Cross-dressing is common and perfectly fine if BOTH partners are accepting of it. Clearly, you've had enough. Mild bondage once in awhile is fine, too, but it sounds like this is a regular routine at your house whereby you do all the work and get none of the pleasure. And, on top of that, he smells bad. I'm assuming he has some good qualities as well, and I think you need to have a serious discussion about the current state of affairs. You want your sex life back and compromise is a good solution. Dress up once in awhile, tie up once in awhile, and just plain put out once in awhile. If discussion is getting you nowhere, you may want to consider seeing a couples counsellor.
