I also had the issue of a "burn" in the penis following sex. The urologist said to get some Sodium Bicarbonate tablets (about 650mg each) and take one (1) a day. He said he though I had a difference in the PH of the semen, and that will cause a burning feeling in the penis. I followed his instructions and it has never happened again. I stopped taking the tablets about 6 months latter and have never needed them again.

Thanks for your comments and the information. I've never heard of this difference in PH causing the penis to burn. Something new to learn.Randy
