Broken blood vessel in penis

Hi. I just heard the conversation about the man who is suffering from a broken blood vessel in his penis. I know the local doc that preforms vasectomies..ok..I killed that spelling, but they suggest getting bags of frozen peas to use instead of an ice pack because the peas in the bag will move more into the area they are needed, you can refreeze them over and over, and they are cheap! Thought might help out. Thanks for a super show. D. in Indiana
