  • Vitamin E, 400 - 800 IU.
  • Borage Oil
  • Evening Primrose Oil, 1000 mg.
  • Wild Oats and Plumtree Berry are often used to increase Testosterone levels in males and females.
Probably the best prescription would be to stop smoking. Smoking greatly affects erectile function and sex drive. Do talk to your family doctor for some pointers.
